What happens when someone leaves?
You start the offboarding in Paneo. The employee gets a prepaid return kit or a pickup, the device goes to a service partner for a certified data wipe, and it's either refurbished and put back in your stock or returned to the leasing partner. You get a record for every step.
What happens when a lease ends?
Before the end of the term, we let you know and you choose what to do with each device. You can return it and order a new one, extend the lease, or buy it out where the partner allows it. Returned devices are wiped and refurbished.
