Free when you lease. Simple when you don’t.

When you lease or insure through Paneo, our partners pay us a commission. That covers the cost of the platform, so we don't charge you a software fee on top. The leasing and insurance prices you see are the prices you pay.

An active employee is someone with at least one device assigned to them in Paneo during the month. Employees you've invited who don't have a device yet are free. So are admins who don't have a device.

Yes. You can set it per shop or per item. Many companies lease laptops and phones, and buy smaller accessories outright. If you lease or insure anything through Paneo, the platform is free for your whole company.

Before the end of the term, we let you know and you choose what to do with each device. You can return it and order a new one, extend the lease, or buy it out where the partner allows it. Returned devices are wiped and refurbished. [TODO: confirm end-of-term options with leasing partners]

The leasing partner owns leased devices for the length of the lease. Your company uses them and is responsible for them during the term. Devices you buy outright are owned by your company from day one.

Device insurance is provided by licensed insurers and typically covers accidental damage, such as drops and spills, and theft. Exact cover, excess and exclusions depend on the policy and the device. No. Self-serve plans have no setup fee, no platform fee and no minimum contract. Individual leases run for their agreed term, which you'll see before you order. Enterprise plans can be tailored with their own contract terms.

Yes. You can cancel a Growth plan at any time, and it stops at the end of the current billing month. Devices that are already leased stay on their lease until the term ends, and you can still manage them in Paneo.
