1. About these terms

These terms apply between [TODO: Paneo legal entity name] (“Paneo”) and the company that signs up for the Paneo platform (“Customer”).

2. The platform

Paneo is a software platform that lets the Customer set up equipment shops for its employees, manage devices and order related services.

3. Partners

Leasing and financing are provided by regulated financing partners, and insurance by licensed insurers. Those services are governed by separate agreements between the Customer and the relevant partner. Paneo is not a bank, lender or insurer. [TODO: name partners and link their terms]

4. Plans and fees

5. Customer responsibilities
