Leasing, owning and insurance
Who owns leased devices?
The leasing partner owns leased devices for the length of the lease. Your company uses them and is responsible for them during the term. Devices you buy outright are owned by your company from day one.
What happens when a lease ends?
Before the end of the term, we let you know and you choose what to do with each device. You can return it and order a new one, extend the lease, or buy it out where the partner allows it. Returned devices are wiped and refurbished.
What does insurance cover?
Device insurance is provided by licensed insurers and typically covers accidental damage, such as drops and spills, and theft. Exact cover, excess and exclusions depend on the policy and the device. You'll see the full terms before you add insurance to a shop.
Can we mix buying and leasing?
Yes. You set it per shop, so one team can lease while another buys. Talk to us and we'll set up the mix that fits.
