Why we built Paneo
Equipping a team shouldn't take a spreadsheet, five suppliers and a stack of reminder emails. Here's what we're building instead.

Every growing company hits the same wall. The first ten laptops are easy. Somebody orders them, somebody pays, and everybody gets to work.
Then the team doubles. New hires start without a laptop. Leavers keep theirs for weeks. The asset spreadsheet has three versions, and finance wonders why hardware costs more every quarter.
One place for every device
Paneo puts the whole device lifecycle in one place. You build a shop with the equipment each role needs. Employees order what they need. You decide whether each item is bought, leased or financed, and whether it’s insured.
When something breaks, the employee books a repair in the same login. When someone leaves, the device comes back, gets wiped and goes back into stock.
Free when you lease
We wanted the platform to be easy to say yes to. When you lease or insure through Paneo, our partners pay us, so the software is free for you. If you mainly buy outright, you pay a simple fee per active employee.
